This article will review common issues with your inventory and how to troubleshoot them.

Missing Stock

If you ever run into a situation where you have stock missing from a product and you are unsure why that stock is missing there are a few things to check on as listed below

Identify When your stock went missing

To first troubleshooting why you are missing stock, you need to know when it went missing. This can be identified with the use of 2 reports.

  • Reports > Inventory > Inventory Tracking. This report can be used to identify, at a glance, when orders where placed that would withdraw that stock. What lot the stock was pulled from, and when. This is your primary tool for tracking down this information. You should be able to see a direct correlation between product sold and lot stock levels.
  • Reports > Sales > Product Sales Detail. This report is used
