Export Options

When exporting orders from 1ShoppingCart you'll need to select the proper export options and fields to ensure the file will work with CMS. The top two combo options are critically important to have selected correct as it defines how the file will handle orders with multiple items and ensure the file is in the expected .CSV (comma delimited) format.

Choosing the right fields to export

The following is a list of fields that CMS supports for importing orders from 1ShoppingCart:

The fields that show '...' can have multiple entries differentiated by an integer (SKU-1, SKU-2, etc). When selecting fields for export we recommend you select all of the fields listed above, as illustrated in the linked screenshot. You may select additional fields as well but they will be ignored by the CMS import.

Troubleshooting

If your file will not import, try the following steps:

1. make sure that the order source you've selected when importing is setup to have a "Type" of 1ShoppingCart
2. Verify that the export options selected match those described above
3. Open the file in Notepad and confirm the the file is comma delimited
   1. Look for the presence of the field "Bundle-1" in the header. The export file should contain a header record but the presence of the header "Bundle-1" may indicate that the wrong option was selected in the first combo when exporting (see screenshot link above.)
   2. Resaving the file after opening in Notepad can remove unwanted/invisible characters that are known to be able to cause problems with the CMS import (Access Violation error)
