Credit Card Masking

  • If the Credit Card Masking option is enabled, all credit card numbers will be masked, throughout CMS and printed forms.

Order Entry

  • In order entry, the card number is masked the moment you leave the card number field.
  • Before the order is saved, you can click the card number field to unmask or edit the card number
   Note: This is the only time we presently allow unmasking

After Approval

  • Once the card is approved or the order has been saved, the card number field is disabled and will not allow you back into the field
  • You will not have the option to unmask the card
