New page

When installing a CMS workstation, you may receive an error message similar to this:

Can't find/load DLL library dbmodule.dll

This error comes up because the workstation install process did not specify the network location (mapped from the CMS server) where the server's CMS files are located. On the installation screen below, there are two CMS locations that need to be set:

# '''CMS Folder'''
#* This is the folder on the server that the CMS workstations use to access CMS. Typical drive letters are N:, X:, or Z:.
# '''Local Workstation Folder'''
#* This is the folder on the local workstation where CMS stores a small number of files needed for the Help system and for running reports. This can stay C:\Program Files\NewHaven Software 99.9% of the time (if your office has a specifically different location for this, you should know where this is).

If you encounter this error when installing a workstation, simply exit out of the setup program, and re-run it, making sure to specify the '''CMS Folder''' as listed above.
