2015 Updates

This is a brief summary of the changes made to the CV3 admin in August 2015. If you are unable to find the section of the admin you need below, or have any questions, please email us at ecms@newhavensoftware.com.

Settings

Options

This section is still being fleshed out. Specific, frequently-used sections are listed below.

• Cart Abandonment: now under Marketing.
• Display Options: now under Content -> Site Settings; "General Store Options" is now called "Core Display Options".
• Gift Certificate Options: now under Orders -> Gift Certificates.
• Inventory Control Options: now under Content -> Products.
• Notify Customer Options: now under Content -> Site Settings -> Product Notification Options.
• Payment Options: now under Orders -> Payment Options, except for PayPal which is under Orders -> Fulfillment Options -> Alternative Checkouts.
• Shipping Options: now under Orders -> Shipping Options. Individual settings for UPS, FedEx, etc. are under Orders -> Shipping Options -> Shipping Calculations.
• Tax Options: now under Orders -> Tax Options.

Cart Abandonment

This is now under Marketing -> Cart Abandonment.

Channel Advisor

This is now under Marketing -> Product Syndication.

DNS

DNS setup is now under Content -> Site Settings.

Google Base

This is now under Marketing -> Product Syndication, named "Google Shopper".

Shipping Tables/Groups

These are both under Orders -> Shipping Options.

SingleFeed

This is now under Marketing -> Product Syndication.

SLI

This is now under Content -> Site Settings -> Site Search Options.

Suggested Search

This is now under Content -> Site Settings -> Site Search Options.

Tax Tables

These are now under Orders -> Tax Options.

Design

To access this section, click Content in the header menu, then Design in the left nav.

Inventory

The items in this section are under the Content item in the header menu, then either Products or Categories. Specifics below:

• The Products section contains the full product/inventory list, as well as the "product" items from the previous Inventory section (product discounts, product reviews, product import/export, etc.)
• The Categories section contains the full category list, as well as the "category" items from the previous Inventory section (category import/export, category filters)

Gift Certificates

This is now under Orders -> Gift Certificates -> Gift Certificates Report.

Customers

This section is now under Orders -> Customers.

Orders

This section is now under Orders -> Orders.

Marketing

This section is now under Marketing (top nav).

Reporting

This section is now under Analytics (top nav).
