Add CV3 Order Source to CMS

Overview

Below are the steps and necessary data to create a CV3 order source in CMS.

Credentials

• Username: Your CV3 merchant account username
  • If you have multiple accounts, this must be the primary/main account; it seems some functions don't work properly with sub-user accounts.
• Password: Your CV3 merchant account password
• StoreID: Get this from the CV3 admin URL after you're logged in
  1. Sign into the CV3 admin
  2. Click through to your store
  3. The ID is at the end of the URL (https://store.commercev3.com/ShowView/links/12345)
• WebserviceID: Available in the CV3 admin under Settings->Options->General Store Options and Information ("The web service id for this store is XYZ123")

Order Source Setup

1. Open Setup->Fulfillment->Import Sources and Plug-ins
2. Click the green plus sign in the upper left corner
3. Enter a descriptive name for the plugin. For Type, select "CV3".
   • You should see a new Plug-in Options tab on the right.
4. Click over to the new tab.
5. Down next to Plug-in Option Values, click the green plus sign 4 times and add the credentials collected above:
   • USERNAME
   • PASSWORD
   • STOREID
   • WEBSERVICEID
6. Hit Apply and OK to save changes.
